   Sammanfattning : Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om de fyra dimensionerna av identitetsledarskap (prototypikalitet, avancemang, entreprenörskap och direktörskap) predicerade olika former av socialt stöd (upplevt stöd från närmaste chef och stöd från medarbetare) samt social gemenskap på arbetsplatsen.
