Sammanfattning: Background: In recent years, the high prevalence and wide population coverage of chronic pain have become a common public health problem all over the world. Chronic pain seriously affects patients' physical and mental health and social life. With the development of the Internet, Internet-based treatment acceptance and commitment will change the traditional treatment methods to a great extent, and will become the focus of future research.Objective: The aim of the review was evaluated the effectiveness of Internet-based acceptance and commitment therapy on quality of life, anxiety and depression in patients with non cancer chronic pain, and to provide the latest progress of this therapy.Design: Review.Methods: 10 articles on the devastating effects of Internet-based acceptance and commitment therapy on non cancer pain were searched in the databases of PubMed and CINAHL to solve the research problem.Results: Internet based acceptance and commitment therapy was effective for patients with chronic pain. Compared with traditional psychotherapy, it is effective in reducing pain intensity, alleviating anxiety and depression and improving self-efficacy. It can significantly improve patients' pain intervention and indirectly reduce pain related functional damage.Conclusion: Internet based acceptance and commitment therapy can reduce the symptoms of non cancer pain, improve anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life.Keywords: Non cancer pain, Internet based, Acceptance and commitment therapy, Pain intervention
