En vandring i Dödens dal: Exempel på finansiering av ett bolag i tidigt skede

Detta är en D-uppsats från Handelshögskolan i Stockholm/Institutionen för företagande och ledning

Sammanfattning: The term "Valley of death" is often used to describe the period before a newly started company has created enough revenues to support the operating cost of the company. In this period, the company is depending on external financing from other sources than sales revenues. Examples of these sources could be public money from the government, private money from individuals (Friends, Family and Fools), business angels or venture capital funds. Without this funding, many companies would go under before reaching break-even or live the life of the "living dead". There are many articles written about the funding problem and this paper will add valuable hands-on experiences for further research and better understanding of the complexity of the funding problem from the point of the entrepreneur.
