Lista Gården

Sammanfattning: Lista Garden is a project based on the qualities found in the areas of Lista. What characterizes the place is Lista Church and the area's scenic environment as well as beautiful agricultural landscapes. With the project, I will develop a hybrid building that combines Folkets hus, an Mental healt-building for children and young people and a public orangery. This combination is an attempt to promote well-being and health with strong connections to nature and agriculture, which is sparsely populated. The functions are woven together in a respectful way to create integrity and security but also open up to activity and community for both personal visitors and the accommodation. Since the place has a warm and healing atmosphere, I want to develop a concept that can be on these properties and work based on structures and elements that are in place. Since Lista Church is of great importance to the area, I have chosen to integrate the church and the cemetery with the new project, partly to create new activity and cooperation between these activities and make an extension of the existing cemetery structure. The vision of the project is to create a place with the best possible conditions for the accommodation at the HVB home, the staff and for the visitors. The building will include oldings and partly animal husbandry, there will be a café in the orangery as well as rooms and meeting rooms for the public. The public people's house and the private accommodation are woven together with the open orangery and two activity rooms that focus on the creative creation in ceramics and painting. List Garden becomes a place to visit for many reasons
