Sammanfattning: In recent years, Sweden’s real estate market has experienced strong fluctuations with record prices and low interest rates to the point where it is now facing rising inflation. According to previous research, the behavioral pattern of people in the real estate market has been shown to adapt to various environmental factors. The psychological expectations people possess are thus of interest to study. This study centers on the attitude of apartment owners to investing in a new apartment during an ongoing crisis. The purpose of this study is to contribute to increased knowledge about the psychological factors that influence people’s actions in the real estate market based on the most recent world crises.  Based on the study’s developed theories, interviews and previous research, a herd behavior pattern has been shown and it is thus possible to follow and interpret how people act when there is a charge that has an impact on the real estate market. It has also been confirmed that the household’s financial situation has a significant impact on how the property market’s prices change.  The conclusions we made are not confirmed, but are the conclusions we have managed to make with the help of the data we chose to use.
