Sammanfattning: Most classrooms today are overcrowded, cramped with static furnitures focusing on functionality targeting one standard sitting position. In the digital era of our time, movement, activity and flexibility are aspects of shortage. For this project, eight people were interviewed. Four students in the target group of children in the ages of 6-9, as well as two teachers and two parents. The insights from the interviews and research regarding the target group, pedagogics and anthropometrics alongside market analysis formed the basis of this industrial design bachelor project. This project resulted in a dynamic school furniture with the concept of a golden proportioned block applied in a section of classrooms allowing four different working positions for a flexible classroom.
