    Sammanfattning : Bakgrund: Tidigare forskning visar på att ambulanspersonalen har en ökad risk för att utsättas för arbetsrelaterad stress vilket kan leda till såväl psykiska som fysiska skador. Det kan i sin tur påverka ambulanspersonalens funktionsförmåga och därmed kan såväl omvårdnaden för patienten samt patientsäkerheten komma att äventyras och risken för att patienten ska drabbas av en vårdskada samt ett vårdlidande ökar.
