    Sammanfattning : In this thesis, I seek to answer the question of what constitutes a tenable form of sexual citizenship for lesbian-, bisexual- and gay citizens by deploying two models of citizenship which have permeated scholarly and public discourse: the “liberal” and the “republican” model. This is done in conjunction with critical engagement with two political philosophers, and their conceptualization of citizenship. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Föreliggande studie,”Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration- eckluderande eller inkluderande?”, har syftat till att undersöka hur irreguljära migranter exkluderas ur migrationsramverket och vilka konsekvenser som kommer av exkluderingen för migranten med hjälp av frågeställningen: ”På vilka sätt har den politiska konsensusen inom ramen för Global Compact for Migration (GCM) osynliggjort de irreguljära migranterna?” Analysen av studien gjordes med utgångspunkt i Carol Bacchis policyanalys Seyla Benhabibs teori ”The Rights of Others” . Med fokus på frågor som rör kosmopolitism, suveränitet och internationell rätt visar studien att irreguljära migranter exkluderas från GCM. LÄS MER
