  1. 1. A Deep Learning Approach to Detection and Classification of Small Defects on Painted Surfaces : A Study Made on Volvo GTO, Umeå

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för matematik och matematisk statistik

    Författare :Johannes Rönnqvist; Johannes Sjölund; [2019]
    Nyckelord :Deep Learning; Image Recognition; Classification; Defect Detection; Automation; Neural Networks; Convolutional Neural Networks; Phase-measuring Deflectometry;

    Sammanfattning : In this thesis we conclude that convolutional neural networks, together with phase-measuring deflectometry techniques, can be used to create models which can detect and classify defects on painted surfaces very well, even compared to experienced humans. Further, we show which preprocessing measures enhances the performance of the models. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Performance and model calibration ofhigh-pressure compressors

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Energiteknik

    Författare :Antoine Brissaud; [2018]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : To fully determine the performances of high-pressure compressors (HPC), modeling and partial tests can beperformed to characterize its different operating conditions. Nevertheless, there are still noticeable errorsbetween the results of these models and the tests: deformations and differences can appear, and notably becauseof a modeling defect or the assumptions made during the analysis (measurement corrections for example). 3. 3. Pair Programming and Software Defects : A Case Study

    Master-uppsats, Blekinge Tekniska Högskola/Sektionen för datavetenskap och kommunikation

    Författare :Nattakarn Phaphoom; [2010]
    Nyckelord :pair programming; agile development process; defect; software quality; defect corrections;

    Sammanfattning : Pair programming is a programming technique in which two programmers sit literally side by side working on the same task at the same computer. One member of a pair called “driver” is in charge of writing the code. LÄS MER
