"Ingen tar riktigt ansvar för att jag ska få leva". En rättsociologisk studie om hur vardagen påverkas av att leva med skyddad identitet

Sammanfattning: This essay aims to enlighten people living with protection of personal data. How everyday life is affected for a person with protection of personal data is answered by a qualitative interview. We have also examine the protection society can offer people who are facing a definite threat. Living with protection of personal data is in many ways problematic for the threatened person and the hole life is in many ways limited. With protection of personal data follows many risks that that were previously unknown to the individual. Based on Jürgen Habermas's theory of system and lifeworld we analyze how individuals everyday life is impact of living with protection of personal data and with Ulrik Beck we analyze the risks that the threatened handle everyday. To get protection of personal data prolonged it requires a continued threat against the person. Which can be a problem when the protection are working and the offender can’t threaten, intimidate or use violence against the person living with protection of personal data, which may lead to the person losing the protection. But just because the protection works it doesn`t mean that the offender has stopped looking or stopped trying to threat the victim.
