    Sammanfattning : This work presents the different flowerpots that appear in our history, focused on antiquity, the late middle age/renaissance and the turn of the century 1900. Archeological finds of flowerpots from antiquity are centered around the Mediterainian sea. These flowerpots where fairly simple in design with the exeption of Minoan ornamental flowerpots. LÄS MER

The historical development of the concept from Roman antiquity to the present is examined, focusing on specific turning points, and two artefacts – a set of columns and a vase from the National Museum in Stockholm – are analysed.     Sammanfattning : The Greek physician Praxagoras from Kos was active around year 300 BC. He represents the transition between the Hippocratic and the Hellenistic periods in medicine. Praxagoras was the teacher of several renowned physicians active during the 3rd century BC. Although he wrote many books nothing of his writing has survived to our time. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : This paper examines Paul's rhetorical goal in describing himself as a ”δοῦλος Χριστοῦ Ἰησοῦ” in Romans 1:1. In the Norwegian Bible translation, the Greek word ”δοῦλος” has previously been translated as ”servant” but the translation may be changed to ”slave” in the 2024 revision. LÄS MER
