Lässtunden används mest som en paus : De digitala verktygen som komplement till barns lässtunder
Sammanfattning: The purpose of my study is to investigate how educators from different preschools relate to the reading time and how the digital tools are integrated into the preschools. I chose to use observations and qualitative interviews as a method when I wanted to compare what the teachers said against what they did. The result of my study shows that the reading time is based on routines where the teachers´ purpose and goal with the reading time is that it should be a rest but also an important moment for children´s writing and language learning. The results shows that the digital tools take focus from reading time. It is important not to get stuck in routines without finding new paths to learning for the children. It is about meeting the children in their interests and experiences and challenging them there.
