Sammanfattning: Aimpoint is a Swedish company that develops and produces sights towardscivil and military use. 1975, they were the first company ever to release a reddot sight. And as of last year, 2021, they released Acro C-2 and Acro P-2, asecond generation Acro sights and successors to Acro C-1 and Acro P-1. Acrosights are especially customized to gun users the compact and small-scaleddesign is able to withstand extraordinary forces. In the production of the Acro C-2/Acro P-2, the production has encountered issues regarding the PCB-card used to control the intensity buttons andred dot-diode. This causes delay, waste and immense cost for the company. The purpose of this project is to propose a system able to detect faulty PCB-cards before they enter the production line of Aimpoint’s Acro C2/Acro P-2 sights. This project covers and combines conventional electricalcircuits, open source micro-controller Arduino units, programming and mechanical manufacturing to present a proof of concept for a future constructionused in production to verify the functionality of PCB-cards before assembly.
