    Sammanfattning : The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine the implicit aesthetic disposition of seeking to obtain an aristocratic habitus by acquiring furniture and textiles designed by Josef Frank. By applying the Bourdieusian theory of legitimate manners and discourse analysis on newspaper articles, this paper asks whether how the aesthetic disposition and pedantic disposition differ in manners of acquiring his furniture and textiles.     Sammanfattning : Historical accidents and experimental investigations have made apparent that blast loaded concrete members are prone to fail in brittle shear rather than a ductile flexure mode. Air blasts from accidental detonations or explosives may cause severe damage to buildings and infrastructure and it is of great importance that load carrying members can withstand the impulse that arise to avoid progressive collapses.
