1. Exploring Automated Early Problem Identification Based on Diagnostic Trouble Codes
Master-uppsats, Institutionen för tillämpad informationsteknologiSammanfattning : In the current automotive industry, problem identification is a reactive process. It starts when the customer experiences a vehicle problem and goes to the workshop. Subsequently, all the problem-related data will be collected from the workshop and forwarded to the vehicle manufacturer. LÄS MER
2. DIFFERENTIAL OUTCOME TRAINING AND HUMANOID ROBOT FEEDBACK ON A VISUOSPATIAL GAMIFIED TASK: An experimental study investigating learning, affective social engagement cues and cognitive learning strategies
Kandidat-uppsats, Institutionen för tillämpad informationsteknologiSammanfattning : By combining Differential Outcome Training (DOT), the usage of unique stimulus-response pairings, and feedback from a humanoid simulated robot (SDK) this study aims to improve learning performance of subjects on a visuospatial gamified memory task. This is achieved by using the SDK as an interface for an algorithm that provides audiovisual, reinforcing feedback promoting engangement in a new dyadic setup for a gamified task. LÄS MER
3. Plant-soil feedbacks in boreal tree species
Master-uppsats, SLU/Dept. of Forest Ecology and ManagementSammanfattning : Plant-soil feedback (PSF) is important for understanding how plants influence the composition and abundance of soil biota and nutrients and how this affects plant growth. The plant economic spectrum (PES) also plays a role. LÄS MER
4. Analyzing the performance of active learning strategies on machine learning problems
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Avdelningen för systemteknikSammanfattning : Digitalisation within industries is rapidly advancing and data possibilities are growing daily. Machine learning models need a large amount of data that are well-annotated for good performance. To get well-annotated data, an expert is needed, which is expensive, and the annotation itself could be very time-consuming. LÄS MER
5. EcoBot : study design and development of a persuasive FSM-free Chatbot for energy saving
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : This study presents the development and evaluation of a conversational agent, EcoBot, designed to inform users about their energy habits and persuade them to save more energy when at home, to help fight climate change and energy waste. To reach this goal, three persuasion strategies were first identified: Feedback, to give users personalized suggestions based on their habits, Goal Setting, to set and track consumption goals for the user’s domestic appliances, and Social Comparison, to compare the user’s consumption with that of others.
