  1. 1. Evaluating the feasibility of chitosan as an adhesive for wood laminates and as a matrix for transparent wood

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Fiber- och polymerteknologi

    Författare :Nihar Sakhadeo; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Transparent wood; Chitosan; Biobased adhesives; Biopolymers; Laminate; Transparent trä; Kitosan; Biobaserad adhesiv; Biopolymer; Laminat;

    Sammanfattning : En av grundpelarna i alla hållbara system är införandet av en cirkulär ekonomi, som främjar återanvändning och återvinning av material. Plast är en av i utmaning i detta avseende på grund av den stora produktionsvolymen variation i sorter och långsamma nedbrytn. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Tuning the Curie temperature and phase fraction of FeNi25-based alloys with Mn and Co for magnetocaloric applications

    Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/Materialvetenskap

    Författare :Marie Sanglé-Ferrière; [2020]
    Nyckelord :Thesis; magnetocaloric effect; Curie temperature; FCC; FeNi25; Avhandling; magnetokalorisk effekt; Curie-temperatur; FCC; FeNi25;

    Sammanfattning : This paper discusses the search of an FeNi25-based alloy with a face-centered cubic crystal structure exhibiting a Curie point around room temperature, for magnetocaloric applications. Fe was substituted in various amounts with FCC-stabilising elements Mn and Co as these elements respectively decrease and increase the Curie Temperature, thus enabling to tune the Curie point. 3. 3. Gravity and Magnetic Survey, Modelling and Interpretation in the Blötberget Iron-Oxide Mining Area, Bergslagen, Sweden

    Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Geofysik

    Författare :Ezra Yehuwalashet; [2016]
    Nyckelord :Blötberget; gravity; Bouguer; magnetic; 3D inversion modelling; surface geology; ore deposit; Blötberget; gravimetri; Bouguer; magnetometri; 3D-modell; ytgeologi; malmfyndighet;

    Sammanfattning : The Blötberget mining area, the focus of this MSc project, is located about 230 km northwest ofStockholm and 12 km southwest of the city of Ludvika (central Sweden). The mining area has beenknown since 1600 for its various types of mineralization particularly iron-oxide deposits (magnetite andhematite) with the mining commenced in 1944. LÄS MER
