    Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to examine intangible aspects of medieval church architecture from an art historical perspective, by using the theoretical frameworks of  the theologist Alf Härdelin’s theory on multidimensionality and the philosopher of languages  John Langshaw Austin’s the­ory on speech acts and performativity.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to use an intermedial theory to analyse and contextualize embodiment and violence in the Chinese author Mo Yan’s Life and Death Are Wearing Me Out. I use Jørgen Bruhn’s mediality model, introduced in The Intermediality of Narrative Literature: Medialities Matter (2016), to analyse medial phenomena such as intra- and intermediality in the novel.     Sammanfattning : Lotta Lotass Fjärrskrift is a work that makes use of three different media, a 50 meter long teleprinter strip and two filmed versions, distributed in cinemas and published on internet, which are portraying how the strip is made through a teleprinter. The purpose of this study is to investigate by the use of Lars Elleström’s theory of intermediality the different connections between the three different media versions of Fjärrskrift and how the work distance itself from the traditional book medium.
