    Sammanfattning : Studien syftar till att undersöka om och hur sex timmars arbetsdag påverkar relationerna på arbetsplatsen. Studiens frågeställningar är: Vilka delar på arbetsplatsen upplever intervjupersonerna har förändrats efter arbetstidsförkortningen? I vilken utsträckning anser intervjupersonerna att dessa eventuella förändringar har påverkat förutsättningarna för relationerna till kollegorna? För att undersöka detta gjordes sju intervjuer med individer som arbetar på samma arbetsplats, där de genomfört en arbetstidsförkortning, från åtta till sex timmars arbetsdag. LÄS MER
