Sammanfattning: The purpose of this study is to investigate how primary school teachers and cultural coordinators in Kalmar County implement the regionally implemented school culture strategy Relevant through collaboration with various cultural institutions. Three teachers and two municipal cultural coordinators participate in the study. The study is based on a qualitative research method with thematic analysis where the research question is answered through Frame factors theoretical perspectives. The research implies that different Frame factors affect in different ways how the collaboration around the realization of the school culture strategy Relevant is carried out. Above all, it is the administrative framework that governs how the teachers and cultural coordinators work with the regional strategy.
