Sammanfattning: This thesis was carried out at Volvo Trucks AB's factory in Umeå at the painting department. As the Volvo Group's largest manufacturer of cabs in a highly competitive industry, manufacturing processes must be efficient. In order to carry out improvement work and streamline the processes, careful operational follow-up is therefore required. In the factory in Umeå, the OEE measurement number is used to measure the efficiency of the manufacturing processes. Volvo wanted to investigate whether there was possible to improve and streamline the model used to calculate and analyze OEE by eliminating the repetitive manual steps.  The purpose of the thesis was to investigate whether it is possible to streamline the analysis of the measurement number OEE through automation.   The thesis resulted in an updateable model for key figure analysis where previous manual work steps were streamlined. The theory in the work was based on TPM and was used to gain an in-depth knowledge in operational follow-up and visualization. Observations in the factory and conversations with employees at Volvo also contributed to the result.
