Six Students’ Thoughts about English Media

Sammanfattning: Our aim with this dissertation is to explore adolescents’ view of media and the importance they attribute to their media exposure in their informal learning. In order to find an answer to our questions we interviewed six students in an upper secondary school in the south western part of Skåne. Apart from being a source of entertainment, students consider media to be an educational resource with regard to vocabulary and general communication skills.
