T-REX PHACO: enabling PaaS application using Twelve-Factor App

Sammanfattning: In order to take advantage of the full-range of benefits of cloud computing, traditional applications should be adapted to conform with the cloud-native principles. In this work, a traditional Java enterprise application is transformed in a cloud-native application able to run in a Platform as a Service using cloud-related technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and an automation server (Jenkins). The resulting application follows Twelve- Factor App methodology and cloud-native principles.
