Sammanfattning: This project studies how using text and images can supplement the oral information that beginners get at CrossFit Fristaden's basic course. The purpose is to support beginners learning because the basic course information tends to be too extensive through speech and with other distractions. Both the target group and the experts in the area are interviewed to gain an understanding of the problem. With theories within text and image in collaboration and cognitive load, a prototype is created which is tested by informants from the target group. The work results in web texts and simpler information graphics on the booking page of CrossFit Fristaden. The content is both descriptive and instructive.
