Eftersom bygg- och fastighetssektorn bidrar till en stor andel av de globala koldioxidutsläppen finns ett kapitel i Taxonomiförordningens delegerande akt Climate Delegated Act med tekniska granskningskriterier som riktar sig särskilt mot bygg- och fastighetsverksamheter.
