  1. 1. Development Model of a Gas Pressure Regulator for Spacecraft Propulsion : Design Enhancement and Testing

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :FILIPPO POZZI; MARCUS SJÖBERG; [2021]
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis treats the testing, analysis, and continued development of a mechanical pressure regulator prototype, intended for use in spacecraft propulsion systems. Herein referred to as the Adapted Mechanical Pressure Regulator (APR), the regulator is an adaptation made by the Swedish space system developer OHB Sweden AB (OSE) of an existing patented design originally intended for use outside of the space industry. 2. 2. An armored truck cab design : Case study: investigation of selected steel grades

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Materialvetenskap

    Författare :Filippo Pellegrini; [2020]
    Nyckelord :Ballistic steel; single and double layer protection; truck cab; dynamic softening; Ballistiskt stål; enkel- och dubbelskiktsskydd; konstruktion av lastbilshytt; dynamisk mjukning;

    Sammanfattning : This study aimed at defining useful guidelines for the design of an armored truck cab. Particularly, the quality and performance of ballistic steel were defined, considering not too high demanding requirements. Two steel grades, corresponding to hardness of 500 HB and 600 HB, and three different suppliers were selected. LÄS MER

  3. 3. “Can someone tell me the way” : A study on human wayfinding behaviour under incorrect information

    Magister-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för psykologi

    Författare :Roisin Devlin; Filippo La Greca; [2019]
    Nyckelord :spatial navigation; human navigation; wayfinding; virtual environment; gender differences; männsklig navigering; VE; könsskillnader;

    Sammanfattning : Finding the right path is a key aspect for successful navigation through the environment, with technologies such as the Global Positioning System (GPS) having improved this. However, human navigators can still be met with incorrect information either from devices or peers. The literature on how individuals then successfully navigate is limited. LÄS MER
