1. DURABILITY STUDY OF REJUVENATED RAP BINDERS
2. Fracture analysis of tensile- and fatigue failure for perforated and wedge wire structures
M1-uppsats,Sammanfattning : In the effort to produce more durable filters and understand their mechanical failure, this study presents distinctive indicators on the cause of failure for welded perforated- and wedge wire sheets in 316L stainless steel, super duplex UR52N stainless steel and grade 2 titanium. The study achieves this by fracture analysis on specimens from tensile strength- and fatigue testing. LÄS MER
3. Cracking and Fatigue in the Prestressed Concrete Bridge at Autio
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Luleå tekniska universitet/Byggkonstruktion och brandSammanfattning : In early 2020, cracks were discovered on the bridge crossing the Torne River at Autio. This resulted in an investigation being launched to determine the structural state of the bridge. LÄS MER
4. Utredning av sprickorsakerna i infästningarna till kylelement
Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan i Skövde/Institutionen för ingenjörsvetenskapSammanfattning : The assignment handed out by Cementa in Skövde is to investigate why crack formation and propagation emerge in the fixed attachment clamps and propose solutions against it. The fixed attachments are part of the cooling element suspension, used in the cement production to cool the material coming out of the oven. LÄS MER
5. SUSTAINABLE LUBRICATION FOR FUTURE TRANSMISSIONS : Micropitting performance of Glycerol-based lubricants
Master-uppsats, Luleå tekniska universitet/Institutionen för teknikvetenskap och matematikSammanfattning : Achieving sustainable lubrication by using environmentally friendly formulated lubricants has became an essential component of the transition process from fossil-powered vehicles to electrified transportation. Mixtures, or aqueous solutions of molecules such as polyhydroxy alcohols, and glycols usually known as green lubricants make it possible to achieve low friction coefficients under different lubrication conditions, which constitutes a potential alternative to improve the tribological performance of moving parts in automotive systems, at the same time that the environmental requirements are satisfied.
