The purpose of the study was to investigate whether children's yoga can be a method to promote preschool educators' work environment. This study was qualitative and method for collecting data consisted of semi-structured qualitative interviews conducted with five preschool educators. The data was analyzed to find patterns and categories using a content analysis. The analyzed material resulted and is reported in the result with subsequent main categories: the impact of Children's yoga on preschool children and the impact of Child Yoga on preschool educators. The main result showed that children's yoga can, based on this study, be used as a method to promote preschool educators' work environment, as the results show that the yoga has positive effects on children, such as self-regulation, increased selfcontrol, increased concentration, increased calm in the children, and that children's yoga gave more interacted children and increased their coping skills. The conclusion shows that child yoga was perceived to improve preschool educators´ work environment and their well-being, and that preschool can be an important arena for the work with a sustainable work environment. The informants who participated in the study were all positive to children's yoga as a working method, but at the same time described a feeling of loneliness in their mission. The lack of an organizational change to implement children's yoga in the activities is something that can be further reviewed, for a better sense of control and support of the educators' experience of their work situation.
