Utmaningar i Värmland för primärkommuner och den regionala nivån. : En analys av kommuner i Värmlands län.

Sammanfattning:                                                                        Abstract                                     Essay in political science, C-level, by Erivan Waysi, 2017                           Challenges to municipalities and the regional level of governance.                This study is at the most based on interviews and previous research that includes challenges in                  Värmlands county. The purpose of this study is to investigate which challenges that Värmlands                  county is facing and if there are tensions in these challenges between the regional level of                        governanceand municipalities in Värmland county.                   - What are the challenges facing Värmland County where there is tension between primary                          municipalities and the regional level?              This is my research question and this is being answered through qualitative method and four key              interviews were held with both politicians and official workers. The results were after that                          examined and further on discussed. This study shows that there are several challenges to                          Värmlands county and in three of the challenges there are tensions between the regional level of                governance and smaller municipalities.            Keyword: challenges, municipalities, regional level, regions,
