Sammanfattning: Successful organizations are driven by motivated and engaged coworkers. Organizations need to adapt to a market environment embossed by constant change. Previous research has found that engagement and motivation of coworkers within organizations foremost are conducted by leaders who apply democratically and individually oriented leadership styles. In order to motivate coworkers there’s a need for the leader to be able tocommunicate well and to be adaptable in relation to the environmental, cultural and situational constitution within the organization. The purpose of this study has been to identify which leadership style that could be seen as the most advantageous regarding motivating coworkers to increase their work efforts. To enable research that investigates which leadership style that works as the most motivational within an organization characterized by constant change this study takes aim at a bigger organization. The empirical data of this study has been gathered by individualsemi structural interviews of group leaders and coworkers at the production sector of the organization.  Results show that the leadership style that foremost promote and provide motivation for the coworkers is the democratically leadership style. Suggestions to conduct further research of leadership within similar organizations, in order to enable generalization. The company at hand is recommended to implement the democratically leadership style in full, to test its efficiency.
