Warstory Fastpool: Being passionate about your company

Sammanfattning: The purpose of this thesis is to understand and analyze what factors affect an entrepreneur's passion to start, develop and run an own company. The author has studied his own motivation and passion in relation to a number of factors described in entrepreneurial literature and based on own experience. Examples of these factors are to follow a business-plan, to have role models and to keep a clear vision. The results show a few key factors to one's passion as entrepreneur and conclude that it's important to be aware of and manage these factors when starting up and running a company.
