Uppdrag samverkan - Utvärdering av ett projekt som drivits av socialtjänsten

Sammanfattning: This essay is based on a collaboration project, involving social services and schools in Malmö, which was executed during 2010-2011. Our focus has been on the project's purpose to strengthen the common aim of assisting children in difficult situations. One mean of achieving this aim has been to place social workers in the school environment in order to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations. Our research consists of semi-structured interviews with teachers and social-workers as well as with the project leaders. We have analyzed our empirical material by using the guidelines of the National Board of Health’s report "Strategi för samverkan " (Myndigheten för skolutveckling m.fl. 2007). In the context of this project our conclusion is that the success of inter-professional work depends on clear and common goals, a well-developed management and good leadership. Even a well-conceived and well-organized structure is important, as well as a mutual commitment.
