Sammanfattning: The result shows that the size of the user base plays a significant part in the decision-making, but that the strength of the user base is just as significant as a decision factor. Larger differences in the size of competing operating system’s user bases enhance the importance of the size of the user base, as a decision factor. The study also recognise a new decision factor, a feeling of quality, as a significant part in the decision-making.
