Vart tog mångfalden vägen? Min uppsats om en formulering i en mångfaldsplan i den sydsvenska kommunen Knytstad!

Sammanfattning: Today can’t all citizens get job. Some people can’t get a job for their ethnic, homosexuality, handicapped background is wrong. Many municipalities want to increase the quantity of people with ethnic background, sexuality and handicapped in their organization so they can get a job. This essay contains eight interviews with people who work after documents from the politicians. The staff works with recruitment in a municipality. The staff decides in their own organization who they shall employ. The director of administration must follow the policy of current rules then they employ people. The purpose of this essay is to get an insight of how political directive work in a document in a municipality. I want to know how the staff interprets directive from the local political. I also want to analyse if the policy is force on by the politicians. The result of the investigation shows that people don’t have the right competence to get a job. The result of the investigation shows even that document from the politicians is unclear directives. This essay shows that a policy document from political is not sufficient. My opinion is that the community must increase more education for people in the society.
