Efter Rysslands folkrättsstridiga handlingar mot våldsförbudet och non-interventionsprincipen i Ukraina 2014, antog EU ett paket av olika åtgärder mot de som ansetts ansvariga och mot viktiga sektorer av den ryska ekonomin.
