16. Hydrogen - The future fuel for construction equipment? : A well to tank analysis of hydrogen powered machine applications at Volvo CE
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Mälardalens högskola/Akademin för ekonomi, samhälle och teknikSammanfattning : As the world is moving towards a more sustainable energy perspective, construction equipment sees the requirement to change its current way of operation with fossil fuels to reduce its environmental impact. In order to pursue the electrification of construction equipment a dense power source is essential, where hydrogen powered fuel cells have the potential to be a sufficient energy source. LÄS MER
17. Effects of using K2CO3-promoted alumina as carrier for Ni in sorption enhanced steam methane reforming
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för kemivetenskap (CHE)Sammanfattning : Sorption enhanced steam methane reforming (SE-SMR) has the advantage of enhancing the production of hydrogen in addition to being a possible carbon capture system. Sorption also allows the steam reforming process to occur at relatively lower temperature as well as facilitates separation of carbon dioxide within the reactor and thus, avoids separation equipment which would otherwise be required. 18. Solar-driven Hydrogen Production by the use of MIEC Membranes : A Techno-Economic Assessment
Master-uppsats, KTH/EnergiteknikSammanfattning : This thesis comprises an assessment of a novel concept to produce high purity hydrogen using mixed oxide ion/electronic conductor (MIEC) membranes and energy provided by solar concentrators (i.e. parabolic troughs or parabolic dishes). LÄS MER
19. Bränsleceller i personbilar : En teknoekonomisk well-to-wheel analys av vätgas som fordonsbränsle
Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/EnergiteknikSammanfattning : Several technical solutions are ready to step forward as the new generation of propellant, and this report aims to explore the possibility of commercializing fuel cell cars. The report is based on current research and data from today's technology and engineering solutions that are estimated to be commercially realized before 2020. LÄS MER
20. Dynamic modeling of a solid oxide fuel cell system in Modelica
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för energivetenskaperSammanfattning : In this study a dynamic model of a solid oxide fuel cell system has been developed. The work has been conducted in cooperation with Modelon AB using the Modelica language and the Dymola modeling and simulation tool. Modelica is an equation based, object oriented modeling language, which promotes flexibility and reuse of code. LÄS MER
