  1. 1. A method development for measuring lithium uptake inCaco-2 cells in a complex matrix using MP-AES – Appliedto evaluate the impact of humic acids on lithium uptake

    Kandidat-uppsats, Örebro universitet/Institutionen för naturvetenskap och teknik

    Författare :Erica Hjelm; [2019]
    Nyckelord :Lithium; humic substances; MP AES; Caco-2;

    Sammanfattning : Lithium, together with hydrogen and helium, were the only elements formed duringthe big bang. Lithium today, is a component in various products, some examples aregrease, ceramics, lithium-ion batteries and medication for bipolar disorder. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Lokalt glättade ytor på matt oljemåleri - tre metoder som kan regenerera ytstrukturen

    Kandidat-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet/Institutionen för kulturvård

    Författare :Hillevi Rindström; [2014-07-02]
    Nyckelord :matte oil paint; alkyd; abrasion; gloss damages; acetone; scalpel; Triton X-100; 3T; SEM;

    Sammanfattning : The thesis aims to investigate the suitability of three methods for regenerating a porous, matte surface structure in glossy abraded areas, these being scalpel, acetone and 3T (a combination of triethanolamine, Triton X-100 and triammonium citrate). The study focused on abrasions on young, matte oil paint and alkyd oil paint where no visible loss had occurred. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Antisolvent Precipitation of L-Asparagine in a Commercial Micromixer

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, KTH/Skolan för kemivetenskap (CHE)

    Författare :Francesco Ferrante; [2012]
    Nyckelord :Crystallization; precipitation; micromixer; micro-particles; L-asparagine;

    Sammanfattning : A commercial valve-assisted micromixer, manufactured by Ehrfeld (Germany), was tested for its use to precipitate L-asparagine from an aqueous solution using isopropanol as antisolvent. In a first part the mixing quality provided by the micromixer was studied by means of a competitive/parallel set of reactions following the approach of Baldyga, Bourne and Walker, Canadian J. LÄS MER
