A new test setup was developed to enable electrochemical measurements inside a heat exchanger (pasteurizer) where solutions can be heated and cooled rapidly, allowing for corrosion tests of solutions that do not withstand high temperatures for a long period of time. I den dynamiska modellen ingick vattenledningsrör där buljong och bakterier växt i inkubationsskåp i 30 °C i 5 dagar för att sedan stå i rumstemperatur i ytterligare 5 dagar med daglig skakning i en timme, samt att buljong byttes ut vid dag 5 och nya bakterier tillsattes dag 7.
