6. Structural Comparison of Data Representations Obtained from Deep Learning Models
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : In representation learning we are interested in how data is represented by different models. Representations from different models are often compared by training a new model on a downstream task using the representations and testing their performance. LÄS MER
7. Validation of a method utilising MR images for dose planning of prostate cancer treatment : Validation of new coil technology applied on the pelvis region of healthy volunteers
Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Institutionen för hälsa, medicin och vårdSammanfattning : By generating a synthetic CT image (sCT) directly from the MRI, the electron density can be calculated, and the CT examination can be excluded from the patient flow minimizing the risk of uncertainties in the registration. Basing the radiation treatment process solely on MR images is called MRI-only and is beneficial for the patient as it can provide more accurate radiation treatment than the standardised treatment with fewer CT examinations and possibly a more cost-effective radiation treatment process. 8. Similarity assessment of floor plans : Tackling the challenge of how to compare floor plans with each other
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för informationsteknologiSammanfattning : This paper tackles the challenge of how to compare floor plans with each other. A lot of different methods were used to analyze floor plan images, such as different kinds of pixel-based breadth-first search algorithms for finding walls, doors, and windows. LÄS MER
9. Image Similarity Scoring for Medical Images in 3D
Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/DatorseendeSammanfattning : Radiologists often have to look through many different patients and examinations in quick succession, and to aid in the workflow the different types of images should be presented for the radiologist in the same manner and order between each new examination. Thus decreasing the time needed for the radiologist to either find the correct image or rearrange the images to their liking. LÄS MER
10. DEFORMABLE IMAGE REGISTRATION OF SPINE MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGES WITH ELASTIX FOR DETAILED CHARACTERIZATION OF DISC LOADING BEHAVIORS
Master-uppsats,Sammanfattning : Purpose: This work aimed to develop an optimized strategy for registration of spine magnetic resonance (MR) images acquired with and without spinal loading, as well as evaluate the quality of the registration strategy with commonly used quality assessment methods. Method: Previously collected MR images of the lumbar spine of 37 individuals were re analyzed. LÄS MER
