   Sammanfattning : Purpose – This study seeks to understand the viewpoint, held by employees, concerning their percieved organizational commitment in relation to their and the organizations use of internal information channels, with emphasis on the limited access to the corporate intranet. The research questions are: How do the employees use the corporate intranet? What other internal information channels do the employees and the organization use? How satisfied are the employees with the organizations use of the informations channels? How do the employees percieve their organizational commitment?
