Mapping Apartheid In Hebron

Sammanfattning: The interest in the Palestinias human rights violation by Israeli Occupation authorities has been increased and is taking a significant role in the world today. Especially after OPT gained its right to self-determination and consequently became a part of the international community and international Laws and most importantly, the Rome statute of the International Criminal Court. The ICC has started an investigation of crimes and violations committed under the Rome Statute. However, there have not been any decisions or prosecution filed yet. However, different reports have discussed the crimes committed. This paper is examining the crime of apartheid and analysing it under the Rome statute through a singel case study of the city Hebron.
