Att bedöma förmåga till räddningsinsats vid brand i bostad: faktorer och uppgifter som har störst påverkan på utfallet

Sammanfattning: The purpose of this work is to map the parameters of residential fires that have the most influence on the consequences. The parameters consist of factors linked to the event and tasks conducted by the rescue service. The reason for this scope is a new law that requires a new way of describing the capability of the Swedish rescue service. A literature study and an interview study were conducted to identify these parameters. The work resulted in six representative events that were constructed from the identified factors and tasks corresponding to these events. The report also introduces how to assess the capability based on these events and task.
