Sammanfattning: Though the paradox between Human Rights and Intellectual Property Rights has been discussed, their relationship remains unclear. In this paper, to clarify the relationship between human rights and intellectual property rights in the process of globalization, I will examine the legislation and analyze the function of the legal regime we have today and present my arguments.
