    Sammanfattning : In this paper we evaluate Stockholm’s methods of enforcing age related sales regulations on type 2 beer, which is the strongest type of beer that can be sold in a privately owned businesses in Sweden. Quantitative methods are used to ascertain whether the amount of regulatory goals met has any relation to the amount of youths acquiring type 2 beer, and if other apparent demographic or geographic explanations are apparent in youth’s consumption patterns.
