    Sammanfattning : The aim of this research was to study how adolecents view their future and to illuminate how family circumstances, class belonging, ethnicity and school influence this view. Our main questions was as follows: · How do the adolescents family circumstances look like? · What importance has family and friends for the adolescents? · How does the adolescents choice of upper secondary school look like? · How do the adolescents view their future working situation? · How do the adolescents think that their lifesituation look like in ten years?
