    Sammanfattning : Vi har i det här arbetet valt att fördjupa oss i hur det förebyggande arbetet mot narkotika fungerar på området Backen i Umeå. I detta arbete har vi ställt oss tre frågor: Fungerar det förebyggande arbetet mot narkotikan? Fungerar samverkan mellan de olika aktörerna? Hur kan en handlingsplan över det drogförebyggande arbetet se ut?
