    Sammanfattning : The 2006 rent reform in Sweden enabled rent in newly-built rental apartments to be based on construction costs rather than objective characteristics that are considered relevant to the tenant, as with the ordinary rental system. This new type, presumption rent, is presumed to be fair during a period of ten years (subsequently prolonged to 15 years) and cannot, during this time, be challenged by the justice system. LÄS MER
