  1. 1. Component-Based Transfer Path Analysis and Hybrid Substructuring at high frequencies : A treatise on error modelling in Transfer Path Analysis

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Maskinkonstruktion (Avd.)

    Författare :Harikrishnan Venugopal; [2020]
    Nyckelord :Dynamic Substructuring; Error modelling; Transfer Path Analysis; Uncertainty Propagation; Dynamisk substrukturering; Feluppskattning; Överföringsanalys; Osäkerhetspropagering;

    Sammanfattning : The field of modal testing and analysis is currently facing a surge of interest in error modelling. Several errors which occur during testing campaigns are modelled analytically or numerically and propagated to various system coupling and interface reduction routines effectively. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Osäkerhetsanalys av PSA-resultat : Metodutveckling och parameterinventeringför osäkerhetsanalys av PSA-resultat

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Tillämpad kärnfysik

    Författare :Carl Eriksson; [2017]
    Nyckelord :PSA; Probabilistisk säkerhetsanalys; Osäkerhetsanalys; Osäkerhetspropagering;

    Sammanfattning : This master thesis examines the possibility of performing asimplified uncertainty analysis on a probabilistic safety assessment(PSA) of the Oskarshamn 3 nuclear power plant. The aim of the thesiswas divided in two parts, first to examine the uncertainty parametersof a PSA-model for Oskarshamn 3 and the second part was to developand examine a simplified method of uncertainty analysis as comparedto a more regular method of Monte Carlo-simulation. 3. 3. Ensemble for Deterministic Sampling with positive weights : Uncertainty quantification with deterministically chosen samples

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Uppsala universitet/Tillämpad kärnfysik

    Författare :Arne Sahlberg; [2016]
    Nyckelord :uncertainty quantification; uncertainty propagation; deterministic sampling; unscented transform; monte carlo; random sampling; samping; osäkerhetskvantifiering; osäkerhetspropagering; deterministisk sampling; unscented transform; monte carlo; random sampling; sampling;

    Sammanfattning : Knowing the uncertainty of a calculated result is always important, but especially so when performing calculations for safety analysis. A traditional way of propagating the uncertainty of input parameters is Monte Carlo (MC) methods. A quicker alternative to MC, especially useful when computations are heavy, is Deterministic Sampling (DS). LÄS MER
