    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis is to examine which factors that contribute to the creation of a good psychosocial work environment. This has been done by investigation of the correlations between different psychosocial work environment factors in the work environment of social worker students, with a focus on bullying, systematic preventative efforts to improve the work environment and experienced work satisfaction.
