    Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to show how the thoughts have been motivated for the cell penalties extension. The new law which came through 1892 meant more isolation for the prisoners. Before this law the government priority meant much more work penalty but after the law which came through 1892 meant work penalty after three years of isolation. LÄS MER
