    Sammanfattning : During the Covid-19 pandemic, many people were confined to their homes, which has led to a change in the work environment and an increase in remote work. This study has therefore investigated how the responsibility for the work environment reaches the home, how it is maintained, and explored how remote work is experienced by employees, with a focus on ergonomics and psychosocial aspects.
